Paul established his strategic innovation studio in 2016. 

Recent projects supported include UNICEF's award-winning youth agency marketplace (YOMA), Woolworths' Stores of the Future, and Sanlam Investments' Future Ways of Working pilot.

The top-performing Minister Naledi Pandor appointed Paul to the National Advisory Council on Innovation - where he continues to serve South Africa's Parliament for a second term.

Paul is an award-winning corporate innovator (FNB Minivations) and innovation leader (as the Executive Sponsor for Standard Bank's Shyft Forex App, SnapScan, Edge Banking, and Feenix).

He served on the Executive Committee of Standard Bank South Africa. He headed up the employee innovation program when First National Bank won the most innovative bank in the world title (BAI). Other roles held at FNB included Head of Change & Employer Branding.

Paul began his career at Cap Gemini (London & Dublin). 

He has worked with and learned from elders and first-class partners in organisational effectiveness. 

He is an alumnus of the SingularityU South Africa Executive Programme and the THNK School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam.

His qualifications include an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and Honours in Industrial Psychology from Rhodes University. 

Paul lives with his wife and daughter in Cape Town. To stay sane, he packs and unpacks the dishwasher and gets walked by his dogs.
